I Am A Male, Age 80. Today I've Been Experiencing

I am a male, age 80. today I've been experiencing a sharp intermittent pain in my upper inner thigh. it is also tender to the touch; it occurs at about four to five seconds and lasts for about three seconds. it is not on the surface, but deep inside. I have had no injuries of any kind in recent months.
