I Am A Male And Was Treated For A Yeast

I am a male and was treated for a yeast infection with oral antibiotic but of forgot to mention I was taking prednisone. I still have the pain in the tip of my penis and now have some round white circles on my tongue..
Also have abdominal pain. do I need another dose ?
