I Am A Male Of 36year Old. Ejaculatory Anhedonia Suffering

I am a male of 36year old. Ejaculatory anhedonia suffering for last 14 years. 14 years before l had suffered from reactive arthritis. Till that I lost my pleasurable feeling during ejaculation.Ssri antidepressants and beta blockers have been prescribed by the doctor due to raise in blood pressure and insomnia 3year before. After taken these medications I lost my sexual desire and libido .
