I Am A Male Who Has A Burning, Tingling And

I am a male who has a burning, tingling and somewhat stinging sensation on my buttock running up through my private area, the pain is very annoying. I have had blood drawn, x-ray, MRI, etc. could this possibly be nerve problem or damage? I am in severe pain daily.
