I Am A Male With A Non Painful, Fluttering Vibration

I am a male with a non painful, fluttering vibration on the left side of my lower stomach. Its actually under the stomach, right across from my pubic hair line. Is this something I need to check or just a muscle strain. There is no pain and I still run 3miles daily.
