I Am A Medical Student Studying In 3rd MBBS, My

I am a medical student studying in 3rd MBBS, my room mate is suffering from sleeping disorder which is sleeping in the class, in the bathroom, while sitting, while eating, while studying within few mins as few as 5 mins. He was 55 kgs 2 years back & now he weighs 95kg. He talks and screams while sleeping during night. He was also on anti depressant 2 years back, which was stopped in a week. He has become very annoying and short tempered. He also has bleeding gums and foul smelling from the mouth. Inspite of all these problems he is not ready to undergo treatment. Kindly help me with the issue and the probable diagnosis.
