I Am A Medium Brown Skinned African-american Woman Who Is

I am a medium brown skinned african-american woman who is 60 years old. I have dark spots on my arms and legs from flea bites. I have tried almost everything to make them disappear, but nothing has helped.
I have tried glycolic acid (60%) and bleaching creams. Can you suggest something that will work right away. Summer is here!
