I Am A Menopausal Woman. I Have Burning And Itching

I am a menopausal woman. I have burning and itching in my vaginal area.Sometimes tingling too. I have sought treatment from gynecologists, urologist, & a pain management doctor , so far no relief. I have used antibiotics and antifungal treatment. At this point, I am trying to treat it a a contact dermatitis problem. Any advice?
