I Am A Mental Health Counselor. I Have A Patient

I am a mental health counselor. I have a patient on 50 mg of Trazadone for sleep, but she is never getting a full night's sleep *whole lifetime) . She is also depressed, with many stressors. She is also on Effexor during the day time (she says for depressor, I do not know the dosage. Should she increase her Trazadone? What is a usual dosage? She is also a brittle diabetic, with PTSD history. Not suidical. Sober 8 plus years.
