I Am A Metastatic Breast Cancer Patient With 8.8 Anemia.

I am a metastatic breast cancer patient with 8.8 anemia. My blood work also showed abnormal Polychromasia (1+). How is this treated. I don't think I am deficient in Iron or B-12. I just had a bone marrow biopsy, but the results are not back yet.
