I Am A Multi Auto Immune Patient - About 15

I am a multi auto immune patient - about 15 conditions - and on medications to try to subdue my immune system. . . I have been noticing excess heat coming from my upper right belly area / lower right rib area. . . not sure if I should be concerned or not - such as, is this possibly my Liver being unhappy - I have already been in a coma for most of my organs shutting down, so I try to pay extra attention to such things
