I Am A Non Smoker And In 2012 I Had

I am a non smoker and in 2012 i had a mechanical aortic valve replaced. I was 53 years old at the time and then in 2015 i had a blood clot that formed on my valve. I am on walfrin and dillegent about taking it. I was told that this only happens to 1 percent of patients what should i expect ? How do i proceed
