I Am A Nurse Also. Cardiac. My Daughter,15 Turning 16

I am a nurse also. Cardiac. My daughter,15 turning 16 in a week or so had a pinky finger swell all of a sudden. Middle knuckle. Last week. No bites, no impact. Now index finger is swollen and both feel achy. Similar location. Is this an indication for Lyme? They are achy and slightly red.
