I Am A Nurse Who Was Attempting To Spike A

I am a nurse who was attempting to spike a new in antibiotic bag & prime it to connect to the patient. The patient is HIV positive with a poss. of full blown aids. While attempting to spike the bag I pierced a hole into the bag and some of the antibiotic fluid splashed on me. Am I at risk for contracting the disease? Should I proceed with post exposure prophylaxis?
