I Am A Nurse Working With A Patient Who Has

I am a nurse working with a patient who has a pressure ulcer to his plantar surface of foot. It has adherent gray slough with purulent, scant, exudate. Wound measures 1.5x1.1.5 with undermining, tunnel, and callus. I want to use a debridement agent and also pack the tunnel. Any concerns with this. Patient is diabetic with toe amputations.
