I Am A Post Prostatectomy Patient And Have Been "leaking"

I am a post prostatectomy patient and have been "leaking" somewhat profuse at times.
I began taking AZO and it seems to have made a remarkable difference. I have a suspicious anomaly in my right kidney that marks: 38-51-48.
Am I OK to continue with the AZO?
