I Am A Prescribed Healthy 50 Yr Old Male ,

I am a prescribed healthy 50 yr old male , as of 3/2013 per my doctor for my health insurance discounts. I am 5'10 175#s and very physical in my work and life. I do drink a few beers per night and not a problem , Las nigh I woke up at 3 am with my feet burning and itching a lot , and when I got up this morning at 5: 30 and started walking ,it was like pins and needles. Does this usually happen just out of the blue ?
