I Am A Professional Man 64 Years Old Considered To

I am a professional man 64 years old considered to be in great health by family and friends. I have an enlarged prostate which was diagnosed by my Dr. years ago. Recently ( a week ago) felt I might have a urinary tract infection. So I went to a heath food store brought a Bladney and Fection cleanse capsules to address that concern. The last couple of days when I pee I felt some pain and just a tinkle of pee. When I went to the bathroom just now I peed some blood and it looked like something tissues came out in the pee. What is going on? Did I just pass a kidney stone or part of one?
