I am a provider with no more ideas GV is a 59 yo earlyonset severe dementia. Otherwise healthy 4 weeks ago looks like delerium superimposed on dementia .On zyprexa 5 mg bid and depakoter er 500 mg bid clonopin 0.5 mg qid for last 5 days combative very strong choking wife et need I say more in ER last night very sleep deprived poorly hydrated yet eating qs, stopped clonopin due to anticholenergic effects off namenda currently hospitalized no UTI LP just completed looks clear pressure 11, afebrile concentrated urine no constipaton constant mumbling swearing gave zyprexa zytis 5 mg for LP quiet environment CT withoutcontrast neg would stay still for MRI We are all just guesssing at this point suggested labs or other....?
