I Am A Psychiatrist Who Retired Quite A Few Years

I am a psychiatrist who retired quite a few years ago...a friend asked me about this combination her relative was Just prescribed. If I recall correctly, wasn't Desyrle used for insomnia?
The patient just overdosed intentionally so I assume the clinician was careful in choosing mopeds. What do you think of this combo?
