I Am A Psychotherapist Treating A Client With Anxiety Episodes.

I am a psychotherapist treating a client with anxiety episodes. She had an episode of heat radiating from her neck down the right side of her body. I dont think this is anxiety because it is only on the right side. I suggested it may be neurological. what do you think?
