I Am A Recent Cervical Cancer Survivor. I Had Stage

I am a recent cervical cancer survivor. I had stage 1b cervical cancer which was treated with a radical hysterectomy in may, 2015. Sometimes I know that I worry too much and each new pain I have automatically makes me worry that the dreaded "c" has returned. I have not had any followup pet scans or smears done. Today, on 3 separate occasions, I have noted bright red blood on toilet paper after having a bowel movement. I need to know if this is something to be concerned about
