I Am A Recovering Opiate Addict That Used Intravenously. I

I am a recovering opiate addict that used intravenously. I recently relapsed with almost 5 years sobriety. I did not use opiates, I used Meth. I missed a couple of times and got huge sore bumps in that area but it went away after 3 days. I have used Meth 3 times in the last month, probably a gram each time, but would inject only half of it. Yesterday I noticed on the forearm by my elbow that their are about 3 to 4 bumps that are very sore. When I held my arm to look at in the mirror, that area is somewhat red and warm. My concern is that this was not a spot that I used to inject. I decided today that this is an awful illicit drug and got back in touch with my recovery team this morning. I will not go back to where I was 5 years ago. My whole body is sore and where I injected it is extremely tender and sore. My question is more about the bumps on my inner forearm and that my eyes are extremely red and have somewhat of a yellow tint to them. The last time I used was last night, and that will be the last time. I noticed that this meth seemed different from the last I got from the same dealer. I have not stayed up for days and when I did use all day I would sleep at least 3 to 4 hours. Please let me know what you think about my arm and eyes. I am so ashamed of what I have done and I am terrified to see my family doctor because he has been one of my best supporter and praiser in my recovery. I feel dirty like I have disappointed everyone that loves me. I did use clean needles every time and used by myself.
