I am a regular exerciser: Zumba once/week, yoga once/week, boot camp twice/week na lots of walking. For about 4 months I have had pain in my right buttocks. The pain is localized and does not travel down my leg. About a month ago, I took 2 weeks off from exercise and the pain went away. How should I treat this pain? I am a 64 year old female, 5'6", 140 lbs.
