I Am A Retired 64 Year Old African American Woman.

I am a retired 64 year old African American woman. I am obese and suffering from lymph edema in both legs. i have high blood pressure controlled by medication and I am a recovering alcoholic (context)
I have trouble holding my urine (hate the diapers). had diarrhea, Lately been sleepy a lot. Drinking a lot of water, ice tea diet coke) My sugar's okay. Prepared take out foods doesn't stay down (eggplant hero, pork fried rice). Am I sick or maybe need to eat differently
