I am a school nurse and I am evaluating a student with a head injury.
He head butted with another student (8 years old). Initially he said he got dizzy and had a headache but 20 min. later he feels fine. His left pupil is sl. bigger than the right one. I have never checked his pupils before so I don't have anything to compare this to.
Should I be concerned?
