I Am A School Nurse Who Had A Young Man

I am a school nurse who had a young man in my office this morning c/o dizziness and seeing black spots. VS were all stable, blood sugar was 94 post pyrandial. denies N/V, states he had L facial numbness and L arm numbness. I had him smile and this showed L facial paralysis. After resting for awhile, the numbness went away and his face returned to normal. This young man probably weighs about 70lbs and he is 12 yrs old. Any ideas?
