I Am A Senior Citizen (80). Have Been Taking Temazepam

I am a senior citizen (80). Have been taking temazepam (severe insomnia); Xanax (depression); and Zoloft (anxiety) for a long time. I do not feel I should continue taking all of the above. I am having side effects. I would like to take the herbs you think I should take ASAP. I lost an adult son not too long ago and I am going through a severe case of grief. Do not have a credit card, can I pay with a check addressed to your office? I need help! Elva
