I Am A Senior Taking Prestiq 50mg For Last 7

I am a senior taking prestiq 50mg for last 7 months. I now have many side effects
very cold feet and hands,stomach aches,dizzines and nausea. could 25mg still do the
very good job its doind mentaly. thank you if you could help me
