I Am A Sixteen Year Old Girl And I Am

I am a sixteen year old girl and I am experiencing pain in between my upper and lower right stomach. I am bloated, I have increased gas, I am experiencing pain as I go to the bathroom, and my stomach feels like it's cramping yet there's an obvious painful pressure. Sometimes it feels as if it were throbbing when I don't take ibuprofen. The pain goes from a 3-6 depending on how much movement I have. Should I be concerned?
