I Am A Social Worker With A Non-verbal Child Who

I am a social worker with a non-verbal child who has begun eating her menses, vomit and feces. We have run liver function, blood work, thyroid, gastrointestinal, and colon testing with all coming back normal. I am desperately seeking a way to address this properly and have found no diagnosis OR suggestion for what other testing might help. Suggestions please?
