I Am A Special Ed Teacher Who Has Just Had

I am a special ed teacher who has just had a RAD diagnosed student assigned to me. She is 13 and has a history of stealing (5 computers, 2 cameras,credit cards , and recently grandpa's car. She is assigned a full time para for security reasons but as her in-class support teacher I have the goals of modeling friendship,and development of trust. Any suggestions?
