I Am A Swimming Teacher And Have Very Sensative Skin

I am a swimming teacher and have very sensative skin I teach in salt chlorinated pool and worked the whole of Teusday and felt fine Wednesday I had lazer hair removal done and with in a couple of hours my skin had a terrible allergic reaction.It looks like I have been sunburnt all over my body I have taken very strong antihistamine but it is just keep getting worse
