I Am A Thalassemia Patient. My Moustache Is Not Growing

I am a thalassemia patient. My moustache is not growing as per my age. My beard is also not developing. It is too small to be visible through our naked eyes and i m feeling stressed for it. So i request u to give me suggestions that will help sort out my problem
