I Am A Therapist; I Have A Patient Who Had

I am a therapist; I have a patient who had what appears to be an aberrant suicide attempt. She has had problems with her thryoid in the past, and has a pace maker as a result. When she admitted to the ER for her attempt, her thyroid was 1.68 (within normal range) but hers ALWAYS runs low, at around .5. Thoughts?
