I Am A Touch Typist, However Recentlu When I Type

I am a touch typist, however recentlu when I type and them go to review it the characters are all mixed up and don't make sense, hwover I am certaint the what I saw on the screen was the words that I intended to type and my brain made sense of it because it 'looked' right mentally but was actually incorrect. Any ideas on what is causing this?
