I Am A Type 2 Diabetic From Past 15 Years

I am a type 2 diabetic from past 15 years . Initially I controlled by exercise and diet for 4 years and started taking anti diabetic medicines Gemer p1 one tablet per day. Recently when I checked with glcuometer, my RBS was 240 and to confirm the same , I checked for RBS in the Laboratory and it has shown as 190. Please suggest me which one is correct.
