I Am A Type 2 Diabetic Who In May Of

I am a type 2 diabetic who in May of 2016 was 221 pounds and 5 feet 1 inches now I am 147 pounds after doctor prescribed Bydureon. I have menieres disease and take meclizine 25 mg every morning. I just had a really bad case of vertigo. Worse than last and I can say in a long time. Why am I getting headaches. When I get them bad that's when vertigo kicks in. Going to a blood doctor tomorrow because my white bloodcell count is consistently low but my a1c is now 5.5.
