I Am A Week Overdue For My Period. So I

I am a week overdue for my period. So I am pretty sure I am pregnant. Is there a way to loose the baby without an abortion or the pill? I don't want anyone to know. Family will be angry with me since I already have a 8 and 1 year old. I don't want to get into it. I just want to know is there another way I can do this?
