I Am A Woman In Menopause Stage. My Dr Has

I am a woman in menopause stage. My dr has suggested hrt in a patch form at its lightest dose. I have also recently stopped smoking cigarettes. Rather than take anxiety drugs, I smoke weed 3 to 4 times a week, will this have any effect on the hrt I will be taking. I ask because I know cigarettes can lead to blood clots on hrt
