I Am About 7 Weeks Pregnant And My Roommate Bleach

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and my roommate bleach bombed the apartment while I was inside. There were no widows open and he used over a gallon of pure bleach. It's been almost 5 hours and my throat still burns, I am very nauseous, and my noses feels like I'm still inhaling it. My eyes have been red and burning the entire time as well. What should I do.
