I Am About 8 Weeks Pregnant And Noticed My Uterus

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and noticed my uterus has expanded quickly. I have also had discomfort with rectal itching and what appears to be a slight tear between my cheeks. I have tried adding baking soda to my bath, using baby powder and neosporin on the tear. It doesn't seem to be healing quickly and remains damp.

Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation?
