I Am Aged 65 Years.four Month's Back I Came To

I am aged 65 years.four month's back i came to know that I have a diabetes, then went to doctor he has advised me to take gemer-1. Gemer-1 is not suitable for my health condition or shall I reduce the doses 1/2. And my another way to use ayurvedic medicine or is it better, kindly advise me.
