I Am All Of A Sudden Unable To Move My

I am all of a sudden unable to move my right arm with out terrible pain. Even sitting still the right arm (above elbow to shoulder) just radiates paid. My right hand is nub and has tingling (at times). Arm above elbow to shoulder is just constant pain and amplified if I move my right arm. Sometimes I am having paid above my shoulder towards my neck -- all on right side. This came on suddenly last week. I am unable to lay down to sleep - and cannot sleep really at all. Pain medicine does not help - pain goes right through - even sitting still - horrible pain. Has been since last Wednesday 11/12. Arm feels numb, but can feel pain through it. Today the right hand was tingly and felt very very cold. My primary scheduled me for an x ray ??
