I Am Allergic To Azithromycin. Getting Minolox-50 Tabs 1 A

I am allergic to Azithromycin. Getting minolox-50 tabs 1 a night for 20 days, nadibact gel for spot treatment and 1%salicylic facewash. I had very minor acne, but it was consistently like one pimple every 2 weeks. Now on day 9, there seems to be a very tiny rash kind of miniscule breakouts on both cheeks and my forehead. Is it due to the cold? or the tab? or using the salicylic face wash too many times? (3ce a day). Which mild moisturizer is available in india?
