I am allergic to Penicillin and was given Tetracycline to treat H pylori infection along with another anitbiotic. The teracycline is not covered by my ins. and costs over 500.00.! What alternatives are there to replace it? Is Tetracycline the only drug that has the properties to kill the H pylori?
