I Am Allergic To Ace Inhibitors And Yet I Was

I am allergic to ace inhibitors and yet I was prescribed Tramadol for what was believed a case of gout in my wrist. I was being treated for pneumonia and I am a diabetic, asthmatic,have chef high blood pressure as well as history of breast cancer and arthritis. Should I be concerned with Tramadol hCL 50 mg every 6 hrs?
