I Am Allergic To Seasonal Change Which Brings Throat Irritation

I am allergic to seasonal change which brings throat irritation ,asthma and cough (wet) For last 3-4 days I again have this problem I am also Diabatic but is under control by Lantus insulation
18 units For asthma and cough I am taking deryphylene 150 twice a day and Serflow 250 inhaler twice a day However bronchital cough continues Pl advise
