I Am Allergic To Sulphur Including Creams. I Have Just

I am allergic to sulphur including creams. I have just had a skin graft following nose basal cell surgery and instructed to apply an ointment several times a day. All the ointments seem to contain sulphur. Is there an over the counter ointment that I can safely use?
