I Am Almost 15 With No Signs Of Pueberty. I

I am almost 15 with no signs of pueberty. I am under weight, get made fun of every day at school. I have constant thoughs of suicide and depressed. My parents don't understand how I feel, they won't allow me to get testerone shots. Would pills work the same way?
